The three things being checked
- Who you are. A government photo ID, in date, with the full name that is on the account.
- Where you live. A document with the same name and the same address as the account profile, dated inside the last three months.
- How you paid. Proof that the payment instrument belongs to you — a card image with the middle digits covered, a bank statement header, or the wallet address you deposited from.

The name on the ID, the name on the account and the name on the payment method have to be the same person. A deposit from a partner’s card is the most common reason a payout is frozen, and it is not fixable after the fact.
Photograph it properly the first time
- Daylight, no flash. Flash is what creates the glare that hides the document number.
- Flat surface, dark background, the whole document inside the frame with its corners.
- Colour, not greyscale, and no filters — an edited image is treated as an altered one.
- A file of a few megabytes, not a 30 KB screenshot of a screenshot.
- Cover the middle digits of a card, never the name, the first six or the last four.
When crypto changes the request
Depositing and withdrawing in coin does not remove verification; it changes the third check. Instead of a card image, the operator asks you to confirm the wallet address the deposit came from, and it will normally insist that the payout goes back to the same address. Sending from an exchange account that belongs to someone else — or from a custodial account you cannot prove you control — produces the same hold as a borrowed card. How long it should take
A complete set is usually cleared inside a working day. The pattern that stretches into a week is a partial set: one document sent, a request for the next, another day, another request. Send all three at once, even if only one was asked for.
- Verify on the day you register, not on the day you win.
- Same name on ID, account and payment method — no exceptions.
- Address document dated inside three months, with the address visible.
- Send the whole set in one message rather than one document at a time.
Frequently asked questions
Can I open an account with a nickname and verify later?
No. The profile name has to match the ID. Changing it later is a manual process and it happens while your withdrawal waits.
Do I have to verify if I never withdraw?
